As a Lifestyle Wedding Photographer, there is an art to knowing when to help orchestrate a moment (ie: setting up a first look) and knowing when to step back and let a moment unravel (capturing your grandmother's big smile when she sees you wearing her veil). This is a skill I value, uphold, and implement throughout our time working together. I will capture the moment as beautifully as you felt it, keeping it authentic and real.

I view my art practices as one. The lessons I've learned in painting, printmaking, drawing, etc all transfer to photography. Creativity isn't just a hobby, it is a way to live and breath. When I think about living out my purpose, I think of the joy and creativity that the Lord has given me. I experience a genuine happiness being creative with people, and finding ways to let you shine in front of my lens.
Because let’s be real, being in front of the camera can feel strange. That’s why I intentionally take a candid approach to posing. Whether we are photographing your wedding day, engagement, or family, I will give you simple instructions to follow, while leaving plenty of room for you to be yourself! I will support you in posing the entire time from hand placement to silly prompts to make you and your loves laugh.
